Smith Legal Group is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented paralegal to join our team in the area of Social Security disability. This is a full-time position with health benefits, offering a meaningful opportunity to help clients navigate one of the most important processes of their lives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our attorneys and staff to support clients through the Social Security disability claims and appeals process. Day-to-day responsibilities include document preparation, electronic filing, and the review and summary of medical records. Strong word processing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients are essential. Prior experience in Social Security law is welcome but not required.
